"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee." KJV Isaiah 26:3

Darlene, the Lord brought this scripture to mind as I was being prepped for surgery. I was able to go through the experience totally at peace.

Blessings,
Susan :)

My Dear Suffering Sister,
I pray the Lord would raise you up so you may be "about your Father's business"!
I'd like to sing you my encouraging verse!

href="http://audioboo.fm/boos/789021-the-be-strong-song-joshua-1-9"
THE BE STRONG SONG (Joshua 1:9)

Be strong and of good courage;
For I’ve commanded you, you know.
Be not afraid, nor be dismayed
As you walk this world below,
Be strong and of good courage;
For I’ve commanded you, you know.
Be not afraid, nor be dismayed:
For the LORD your God is there with you
Wherever you may go.
~
Come on and shout the chorus, “We’ll prevail!”
If God is for us, we can’t fail:
God is on our side, if in Him we abide.
Come on and shout the chorus, “We’ll prevail!”
If God is for us, we can’t fail:
God is on our side! God is on our side!

Darlene,
So sorry to hear you've been sick. Offering many prayers for you!
I love Lamentations 3... "But I will call this to mind, as my reason to hope: The favors of the Lord are not exhausted, his mercies are not spent; They are renewed each morning, so great is his faithfulness..."
Thank you for the wonderful giveaway opportunity.

To encourage you:
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
Hope things start looking up and you feel better.

The verse(s) I always turn to is from Lamentations: "But I will call this to mind, as my reason to have hope:
The favors of the LORD are not exhausted, his mercies are not spent;
They are renewed each morning, so great is his faithfulness.
My portion is the LORD, says my soul; therefore will I hope in him."
